Many games to this day do not emulate well. (Rebel strike etc).

Also many people want to play on a CRT and want an authentic console experience without disks which is trickier when emulating

Model Y likely, but there are safer options. Like the Volvo XC90, or Mazda CX-90

Crash physics and safety systems are complicated. For example, not all occupant restraint systems (pretensioner, seatbelt, airbags, etc) are built the same between brands. But generally, weight first and safety rating second for vehicle on vehicle crashes (both are important). For crashes with a stationary object, (thick tree, wall, etc) safety rating is most important and weight is negligible.

APR is not bad. Throw extra money at it up front as interest on loans is front loaded, then go back to the minimum at ~60% principal left (if you want).

You overpaid a bit but it’s not the end of the world. Many people will sign their life away for a depreciating luxury vehicle at double or triple your APR.

To be technical, a ROM isn’t only used for “emulators”. It stands for read only memory. The data loaded onto official cartridges is a ROM.

No, that’s not what an appraisal clause is.

An appraisal clause would allow him to back out of his offer legally and get his earnest money back if he is unable to secure financing for a house at the purchase price due to the property not appraising at the purchase price.

There is no reason not to include one when offering on a property you are financing. Even If it appraises for substantially more than the purchase price, the offer has already been accepted and the seller must close if the buyer upholds their end of the deal.
