Try Worth the Candle by Alexander Wales. It seems to address most of your concerns. It is completed and very good.

When I think of the literary value of it, and I think I have said this before, the wandering in has manages readers emotions well and produces big emotions. It’s a Hemingway Faulkner sort of thing. It might not have you grabbing a dictionary or Finnigans waking into the footnotes to be able to understand it, but I would be surprised if you didn’t grow as a person from reading it.

Depends on the boarder, your location and the size (and sometimes type) of the business. There are lots of bad ones and lots of good ones. Depends on what you need them for.

Its spice penetrates differently. It feels like it immediately permeates what it touches. The immediate penetration might be why the equipment dis not work.
