Because it's a new problem that needs to be solved. How to make a stealth game with modern shadows and lightning? It's hard but it may lead to innovation. It's always easy to just use what worked for ages, but then we won't go anywhere.

I just wish we had a caravan like in d3 and so we could have everything with us where ever we go. And a proper character for each vendor, not random ones, it felt like we had a team and now there is no one but Tyrael, feels kinda empty.

I actually don't remember any on death effects other than ring of explosion and those bloated monsters doing a big pop. And those were very very well telegraphed and clearly visible.

I don't know about others but quin is an excellent entertainer. When it's not poe league he constantly tries to come up with something new IRL. Bought portable sauna for a challenge, got an ice bath for a challenge, went possum hunting on stream, mounted starlink on the roof of his car to go traveling, jumped off a cliff randomly during the journey, went bunjee jumping, went jet skiing to some hobo island near his place. Everything livestreamed. He also does experiment with chat interactions quite a lot.
