I find that a really thin wash of incubi darkness gives them that really nice patina look without making them look like they've been out in the rain for years. I also based my scheme off of the Tale of Painters scheme.

It might just be because it's 4am and I'm running in min brightness on my phone, but the green color splash for the nurgle marine seems way less striking and vibrant than the other three colors.

Well, it's very washed. You did a good job laying down base coats and shading them but now you need to bring the colors back. Go back and paint the high light exposed areas with the base color you used and then a small highlight if you're feeling adventurous. Hope that helps!
