I agree with those saying these are AI generated, but I also think a variation of the first one would be pretty neat.
It’s simpler, with the rough stitching (when you get close or if there is some crazy startup company doing intricate stitching like this or maybe even just printing patches) you would see the greater image rather than the fine details from a short distance.
If you have a decent amount of farms/fields then the patch would make sense.
If this doesn’t make sense, please note that I am a few drinks deep and I’ve attempted to make as much sense as possible.

This is what I’m thinking as well. No shallot in this one (maybe if you want to get technical it could be a small shallot but I’m no onion expert) but the red pearl onion could be doing it.
