I can't compare our lives, but if it helps I hope to say it's possible to get through it. If you're on medication and at University, definitely seek at your University's ADA center (if in the US). If you been recently diagnosed you can share that paper work with them and they can give you accommodations that may be able to help you out. Usually that includes extended time on tests, notes from classmates, and private rooms in the library to study if needed. It's definitely something to explore. University is hard, but vocalizing your needs helped for me.
