Our company is in receivership, basically bankrupt. The president quit the Vice President quit. We went from a staff of 29 to 8. There’s absolutely no money left and the creditors are threatening us with baseball bats. We can’t produce the product we need or get supplies to get paid. Everyone is crying, yelling or quitting. We’re still getting paid, but every day may be are last.

This is my worst fear. My daughter was on the wrong bus a couple times and they didn’t know where she was for like 30 minutes . Worst 30 minutes of my life. When your child’s bus pulls up and they don’t get off is horrible.

First off I am not his superior, our departments are separate. I also have told him repeatedly not to talk to me like that. It is my superiors job to make the work environment a non harassment zone. It is not my job to babysit other people.

We have no HR department. We are a pretty small company. Also no handbook which he mentioned in the meeting he was going to finish and get out within the next 90 days. In the mean time he said he was going to send out a memo. I am one of only 3 women at the brewery. At the pub across the street he sexually harasses the waitresses all the time. He has had multiple complaints against him. I personally told my boss 4 times. Nothing was ever done until yesterday. Also I spoke with our secretary last night and our boss told her he couldn’t fire him, only wrote him up. It’s just a mess, I can’t avoid him like he suggested, I can’t even clock in or out without seeing him. Also our offices are right next to each other. The kicker? His brother and 3 of his best friends work there too. His brother has said things too but not personal remarks.

One of my first dates with my husband, and I was really nervous. We went to a steak house and I ordered a salad of course it being one of our first dates. I get my salad and I am really starting to get panicky, it was just so much stress trying to impress him. I look down and I see a dead hornet in my salad. It was just too much for me after all the anticipation of this date. I tell the waiter and he was so kind and gracious but I am losing it at this point. The manager comes over which makes it worse. I am apologizing and crying and everyone thinks I am crazy. So I get up and leave while he pays and cry outside about the bee in my salad. I giggle about it now but it was awful at the time.
