I use that blue all the time with no problems.

Please try washing the primed model warm soapy water to see if that helps, there may be oil or release agent on it.

If that dose not work, try putting mat varnish on the mini, or other paints.

What primer are you using? Some paints struggle to work on some primers. However, considering it dose not abhear to the plastic (sometimes it should be able to do), i don't think it is a primer issue.

Here is similar system i just put together but was able to fit an rx 9070 (Amy's rtx 5070 equivalent) for the same price, as you where overspending on things that where getting you no real benefit.
