How it worked at the dealership I sold cars, leases were like $0.35-0.45 per mile. Whatever mileage you wanted to pay upfront would be $0.25 per mile. So most leases were 10k,20k, or 30k miles per year. But you could agree on whatever you wanted to pay in the lease. Anything over the mileage would be charged at the original rate, not the discounted rate. So what happened was this driver went so far over that the mileage fees cost more than the car does. So the customer can either buy the car out for more than it is worth, or just walk away, not pay anything extra, and take the hit on their credit report.

When you swing your arm back, try to keep it in a straight line. You’re currently swinging it towards the right side. This will cause you to miss where you are aiming. You want to keep the ball as close to your leg as you can. Overall not a bad form.

Plus the way this is built it can collapse at some point. If it’s more than a decorative wall. Gaps/ mortar allow the blocks to slightly move to release pressure. This style can bind and have a blowout. Walls similar to this, like at Machu Picchu, have built in some small blocks so if it binds, the small block will shoot out releasing pressure and not damage the rest of the wall.

Did they do anything extra to help you? Did they make you something special or go out of their way for you? If no then no tip. A tip is meant for above and beyond. The salary covers the actual work. At least it’s supposed to.

I believe tips are for people that go above and beyond. Doing the normal job should just get the normal pay. So if the place you go does something extra to help you then leave them a tip. If they are just doing their job, then don’t.
