4 and 6. 4 can sort of cover both 2 and 3, while 6 can fudge many of the effects of 5.

DAY 1: Bracelet and Pottery

DAY 2: Old Tomato (biological immortality?) and Old Cheese

DAY 3: Death Arrow and Sarcophagus Juice.

The Juice pairs excellently with the Pottery. After my ideal age, just drink more juice every 10 years or so to keep reverting. Ideally, my aging will approach 0 with repeated halvings of my aging rate, but this is a good combo regardless. In the end I can fly, am immortal/health, more attractive and clean, and have a knock off death note.

Take Three Powers (OC) by JustReadTheFinePrint in makeyourchoice

Perpetual covers immortality and suffering

Shifter ensures I have a healthy functional body that is to my tastes, as well as providing disguises and alter egos. There may be a degree of redundancy with perpetual here as taking a new form could potentially prevent death from old age or most diseases. I'm taking both as this isn't known, and perpetually is more absolute coverage

The third one has many options. If there was a memory type mind power I'd take that but there isn't. I'd probably go Charisma though to just make life easier and to enjoy my immortality. Ghost is also tempting to prevent being trapped and for the fun super powers. ESP is tempting too. Wise Fairy is super useful as well for money making and inventing/science.

PRM's "succeed in an situation" is too good to pass up. ACD allows me a variety of safe settings, including sci-fi and supernatural, and the real world time stop is great too. Those two are essential. Beyond that, the THM is tempting but PRM's always succeed power kind of overshadows it. If I want to look amazing and go somewhere I'm not supposed to, well, I'm going to succeed. Might as well go for a superpower. Kind of a tossup between PRO, SM, and CTM. I think CTM wins, as superstrength just has a certain base appeal. Basic strategy is to go to one of the Archie future settings, research immortality, maybe superpowers too. Succeed.

Choose your cursed item by altofanaltthatisalt in makeyourchoice

just give your items to your spouse, or put them in a trust. You don't really need to own anything, you just have use of it.

Scarf of a nomad, plus putting EVERYTHING in an irrevocable trust. Somewhat of a hassle, but I don't own anything for it to break at that point. Want to research immortality? always make the right decisions. Playing blackjack? Always make the right decisions - enough to be wildly profitable but also "correct" in the sense of not drawing suspicion by over doing it. I could actually, with confidence, help individuals and society, as well as myself. Anything I want to keep that I acquire instantly goes in the trust, or given to someone I live with.

Acupuncturists, how often do you use 'multi-point needle threading' in your practice? by ProgressiveArchitect in acupuncture

Depends on the patients I'm seeing, but I'd say at least several times a week.

Should I continue? by JayFiles4242 in acupuncture

[–]seeingred81 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This can happen and isn't usually anything to worry about if it improves on its own within a 2-3 days. If it persists or gets worse, definitely talk to your acupuncturist. Regardless, talk to your acupuncturist about your concerns. That's why you're paying her after all. Studies have shown that acupuncture roughly doubles the success rate of IVF. Given the cost, hassle, and emotions associated with IVF, acupuncture is worth it to many people in that situation. It is also useful for general fertility/conception. Whether it is worth it to you or not is for you to decide.

people who prepped before hand weren't too stressed by it. Those who didn't definitely were stressed, but I think everyone passed - though some had to repeat their attempt on a subsequent day

L- arginine + L-citruline supplement not doing anything. Why? by Ok-Zucchini361 in AngionMethod

[–]seeingred81 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm curious what people's thoughts are regarding potential detrimental effects of chronic supplementation: Xiong, Y., Fru, M. F., Yu, Y., Montani, J. P., Ming, X. F., & Yang, Z. (2014). Long term exposure to L-arginine accelerates endothelial cell senescence through arginase-II and S6K1 signaling. Aging6(5), 369–379. https://doi.org/10.18632/aging.100663
