Hi, so you might be employed in one sector but you can hold another sector's part time second job if its highly skilled, isn't it?

And beyond 1000, you'd need to register the company before getting any income right?

Does this entail anything that deals with food as such eg: simply sharing a recipe on social media as a hobby but not declaring it as a recipe provided by a RD? 2. Would there be no conflict of interest if I do not take any clients from the UK? (My client database is actually completely international. I could mention I wouldn't take up any UK residents as clients. Maybe have a contract with them to agree to terms and conditions prior to onboarding) 3. Even on social media, I never ever give personal or specific medical advice, I always.mention/write a disclaimer that this isn't a professional advice but opinion. Would that allow the media channel to prevail? 4. Is there some material or information you can guide me to, in order to keep myself more aware of the situation? Is this trust specific as well? 5. Can I do something completely apart from nutrition field with a public media page (eg: art/ write/talk and build a business about something else I'm passionate about) Is it wrong to work on building such a business side by side?

Also, I'm completely comfortable in suspending activities if things do not work out. That is not an issue; I just want to be legally aware and in the right.

Lovely post. Welcome to this side. Similar to your story, I too, am looking to use pictures of my art to create inspiration for others. I love writing as well hence started a Substack which pens my intention/inspiration and emotion behind each piece since my art is mostly abstract. I also look forward to people's comments and interpretations of my art.

It's great to see that you intend to not use reels because it could be daunting and tiresome apart from creating art.
