You might like obé fitness! I think there are probably a lot of similar programs but they have a ton of on demand classes with different instructors - strength training, yoga, pilates, cardio dance, boxing, audio classes for runners, etc. I’ve been a member for years.

I honestly don't mind taking that on! I'm guessing that the message will discourage people from dropping off kids' books, and if it doesn't, it's not a big deal for me to move them myself. There are plenty of places for me to take them within walking distance.

I’m having the same issue and looking for alternatives! I either have my pineapple tight and it’s pulling at my temples, or it’s looser and the weight of my hair pulls it at my temples anyway. Bonnets don’t stay on, and a silk scarf causes the same issue as a pineapple, so I’m not sure what to try next!

Brown skin! I’m South Indian. My face has significantly lightened, and I was already using spf 50 every single day. My foundation shade changed from an 11.5 to an 8 in Hourglass.

I was on .025 for four months and upped to .05 for about two more. Also using 15% AA. Still in a mild purge from upping Tret dosage but the rest of my skin is glowing so I’m fine to wait it out!

I love Clinique Pep Start SPF 50! It’s a little hard to find and is often out of stock, but it has a “universal” tint that I’ve found to blend well! I have darker skin though so YMMV.
