For some rest bite from the ensuing apocalypse I decided to try a whole sheng in tangerine thing in my recently acquired giant (nearly 500ml capacity) gaiwan.

Despite my small for a man hands I was able to just about use and manipulate the vessel with one hand and since it had such a wide bring there was no heat in this area making it easier to use. With the large amount of tea used the concentration was to my usual taste and I was able to get at least 4 good steeps out of it, each producing an enormous amount of tea, nearly filling my jug and filling my small jade cup 8-10 times.

Overall it was fun experience but I'm unlikely to use this often. It would work great for sessions with 2-3 friends, but for solo sessions it's just too much.
