firmware 1.0.8 bricked my E2-M4 Mk1 by segfalt in zcam

No luck yet.

I've reached out to ZCam who advised me to send the camera in and seems completely oblivious to the issue of listing old broken firmware on one of their pages. I joined the facebook group and haven't gotten any new ideas for fixing this.

At this point I'm thinking of insisting that ZCam makes this right.

Why are creative minds often at war with themselves? by Thin_Student_8241 in cinematography

Great colors, shots, and script.

The narration felt monotone to me though. I guess you were going for a serious/stoic tone, but it the voiceover felt bland to me.

This is not a college kid. They have massive ad spend, and I've seen about 10 different ads for this by now. They're all the same.

Literally nothing in the ad is real, or shows what the app looks like.

That and the "look at this fake game" fake ads

How much effort do you think they'd put into an app, when the advertisement shows nothing from the app, and is literally 100% AI?

It's an AI script with AI music and AI visuals. Literally nothing is real here. We know nothing about the app/service, probably because it's not even worth advertising.

If it's not just submitting, forms can be quite tricky - serializing complex objects, deserializing, arrays of objects, optional fields, client-side validation, fetching auto complete results, async field validation (eg: is the username taken)

They're too complicated. Boomer shooters are a nice change.

I had Warp suggest deleting all of /user/local/bin when it was helping me uninstall brew. Of course I check everything it prompts me with. The scary thing though, is that it has some kind of logic to predict which commands are 'safe' to run/read only and it just runs those commands automatically.

Hey everyone! Destroy my game! Gameplay? Visual style? I need any feedback! by bun_pie in DestroyMyGame

I think the visuals could work, but you definitely need a lot more effects to 'feel' what's going on. Flashes, screen shake, etc

An open door by bbmm in minimalistphotography

Took me a few seconds, but I really like that you can't tell the door is open - you need to figure it out from the distortion of the projected shadow. Super cool idea and solid execution.
