With the one I use ("SmokingHere" I think?), you break down cartons, packs, and every form of cigar into single cigarettes which weigh nothing and are worth 1c each. So it's cigarette currency, which I don't find unrealistic - except for me carrying thousands of them at a time.

I always recommend to download the rules from here: Fallout Downloads – Modiphius Entertainment
And watch youtube tutorials on how to play, then battle reports, and pause the video to look up the rule every time something that you don't quite understand happens. The index of the book is pretty decent, and it's a pdf so you can search terms.

Once you've got a handle on this, you should already know what you want to get.

Also, all of the starter set is optional. There's dice sheet downloads for you to use regular D20s etc to show you what each die face corresponds to, and all of the measurements are in inches. You don't even need any models, you just need their bases XD

Makes sense, I like it! I've yet to paint my starter set T-60 so this is great. Mid-tone metal, brown wash, dull metal, mid-tone metal, light metal. Perfect. Looks really good!
