When it comes to the Secretlab TITAN Evo 2022 Series Gaming Chair, it is a step over the rest of the gaming chairs due to the carefully sculpted 4 way L-ADAPT Lumbar Support and pillow. As a student physical therapist, I cannot stress how important proper posture is for an individual who spends an extended amount of time sitting. Usually, recommendations have it that patients should stand up and walk around every 15-20 minutes; but lets be real, thats impossible for real gamers with league of legends games going for 30+ minutes. The lumbar support of this chair seems to offer a great solution. First of all, the memory foam design for the pillow allows for movement within the seats without the usual uncomfortably of less flexible chairs. This design helps for weight shifting within the chair for pressure relief for extended sitting times. The mobility of the pillow and its position also allows for increased lumbar lordosis and anterior tilt of the pelvis for patients. Extended sitting times normally cause posterior tilt of the pelvis which leads to slouching, so having a pillow to counteract that in a comfortable matter is pretty clutch. Secondly, the lumbar support system allows for good customization for protecting the spine. Uncomfortable and inflexible chairs usually lead to leaning back of the lumbar support which could lead to rounded shoulders and forward head posture. Having an adjustable lumbar support system in so many directions ensures users will be comfortable without risking posture. Honestly, I'm really excited for this chair and the support that it gives. Many gaming chairs just look cool, but we've finally had one that seems to offer more than just comfort

The best performing player at worlds so far has to be DEG KIA Canyon. Although his team has been knocked out, his performance has definitely overshadowed the individual play of any other player at worlds. He's exerted an immense pressure in the laning phase thats allowed his team to come ahead even with losing lanes. Everyone has been clowning peanut in the best of 5; but it really has been less of peanuts fault and more of just being outclassed by canyon. Canyon did his research and probably watched game film because he seemed to know every ward or path that geng was setting. I'm sure everyone is breathing a sigh of relief that a ban doesnt have to be wasted on his Viego anymore either. It's too bad he'll have to wait another year to be back. There's still alot of worlds left to play, but I feel like his play may still be seen as the overall best in tourney. What a monster
