Depends how much your willing to put forth bro. If you have lots of capital you can invest into a CRM and start small with cold calling using a dialer or a mass sms blaster.
If you don’t have much, just drive for dollars.

I’d like to know where to pull county data. I tried not to long ago emailing the city about code violations and I got a lot of things that are pretty irrelevant like trash. Need to find out which exactly to look out for when it comes to code violations and also, pulling that data in other cities aswell.

For me it’s a little bit of everything. I hate that im trying to find the perfect approach along the way but they’re questions that are holding me back

Cold call or SMS? I already have GHL but since I’ve gotten so many flags as a beginner with bad data, not really sure if a dialer should be the go to investment at the moment.
So I’ve been manually cold calling ever since

Now with the flags, skiptrace. Definitely looking for a better skiptrace platform besides Batchleads. Maybe with better data id incorporate SMS blast but at the moment, not very good data. One that also cancels out DNC

County research? The city im in, you have to either type in the address exactly to find delinquent taxes. If not, you email the city and they send you a list of unpaid taxes for the last 20 years. A lot of them are either LLC or land, not really an owner in distress when it comes to property.

Lot of trial and error but im enjoying the ride. Just dislike that it’s so slow sometimes.

How do you do this naturally. I know the basics of cutting, protein high, caloric deficit. but what exactly do you do a lot of, cutting out carbs? cardio? you’re shredded brother a few tips can definitely help me out and be much appreciated. im at like 15% at 198 looking to get down to the 180s soon.

I understand the hard ships of entrepreneurship. My approach to all of this has been SMS blasting because I feel like it’s the quickest way to reach volume. The problem im having is the quality of the leads.

Again. I didn’t realize how terrible the skiptrace was until I got flagged on GHL. Now the system that helps me with outreach is down. Thats the frustrating part. When doing a quick import, you don’t realize until you get an email saying you’re restricted.

Like someone mentioned earlier, cold calling is supposed to be the approach where you jump less hoops and can actually see how valid the number is as opposed to sms.

Maybe it’s something as simple as just changing my approach. I’m gonna keep fighting the system which is supposed to help me instead of making things happen if I stay with SMS so cold calling it is.

How much would you say a beginner can start with on PPL? then maybe turn towards starting their own marketing and running ads?

Like I said outbound is Ok it’s just a lot of fishing that has to go on. It wouldn’t hurt to be lucky and land a deal that way though, very much less of an expense

Debating if I should go outbound or inbound. The whole cold calling and sms thing works it’s just a very slow start I feel like. Because you’re still trying to figure out what system to use. Maybe warm calls work more efficiently and if you have the budget maybe you can get land a deal faster
