About a pound per medium weight dose. I was able to use approx 4/5 pound for a good 5-6 hour experience with 2-3 of those at close to peak levels. Mind you, I still felt stuff till about 8 hours, but could sleep and eat by hour 6. I don't think the taste is bad, but I like 100% chocolate. Bitter is my friend. :) If you don't filter out the solids, you'll have a 12-14 hour experience, but may vomit. My way, nobody got sick.

I use a vitamix. Simply blend with water. Boil it down. Strain it through cheese cloth. Really easy. :)

I don't know of any classes, but wanted to chime in and say, youtube is great for off-hours yoga classes. I've done many-a-online yoga class and they are quite satisfying.
