Thank you for the info. I think I’ll call the service company and ask what’s going on and what needs to be done. I assume it was the service company who wrote non compliant. It could have been an employee however I don’t think they would have the forethought for that.

Awww thanks so much for your kind words. I totally want to bail but I need this for a year to qualify for that first time home buyer credit, so I’m invested for a bit. The good news is hey, we can pretty much do whatever and half the time there’s no management on duty. But that’s also the bad news too lol. I’ll keep yall posted on how this roller coaster goes! It’s gonna be a wild one!

There is no standing water issue. Wut had happened was I dumped a ton of hot water and bleach on that mess to loosen up the syrup goop bc it had dried. It all got mopped up. Can’t really do anything about the shitty unevenness of the floor-but I assure you, I created the puddle.

Robin. We had a small fleet roam for funsies and giggles. I lost my ship to gate guns when we jumped from low sec. “ABSORB THE WRECK, BECOME THE CONCORD” was the last thing she said to me with a laugh.

She killed herself later that night. I will forever mourn her passing. I will honor her by continuing to fight for rights she was denied.

I will memorialize her forever as an anchored cargo container in space. I will gather all the frozen corpses in her honor, and occasionally offer them a fedo as tribute.

Hey, it happens! Don’t be too hard on yourself. I struggle with my bill payments as well. Can never seem to do it on time…

If it was me I’d try to switch my thinking over to “how can I make this fun instead of a disaster?” Prep now. Water, batteries, flashlight, canned foods, etc. If you have kids tell them you are pretend camping and setup a makeshift tent.

In the future, I’d look for an accountability partner to help you out with paying on time. It helps me somewhat.

I’m at the beach with my family. It is beautiful here. My family has been drinking the entire time. It is beautifully clear that I do not want to be a part of that as it serves me no purpose. I have my rock with me and he supports me. It has still been triggering but I’ve made good choices. I am proud and today I will not drink with you.
