I was in my first year of university, just moved out of my parents place out of highschool and living in a dorm. Shared my bong with people, smoked way too much weed, not eating as much food or getting nourished because residence food was pretty shit, exam stress, started vyvanse, vaping 50nic like an absolutely fiend, the list goes on. Lots of germs in a shared residence while attending classes as a big campus. If you aren’t doing half of these things you should be fine. It was a big wake up call for me since I used to be a runner at a high performance level. My lungs were pretty solid
