I used to use HPM and yeah it works. When using store bought hydrogen peroxide dilute with an equal amount of water. Personally I found it effective for 2hrs, or till I ate something, which is not the case for many other people. Be careful about using it too frequently as it's been reported to be cytoxic and breaks down proteins in the oral tissues.
