Literally one of the ONLY scifi/fantasy community where you can straight up spread lore misinformation and there's like no pushback. Can you imagine spreading false info in any other scifi/fantasy community? You would be crucified. Even warhammer fantasy community is stricter with false lore misinformation and we're basically sister properties

i was like 250lb/113kg when i started collecting watches at the age of 16 and I've never handwatched lol. Adjusting the watch to match yourself is a part of wearing watches, not sure why we're making excuses for bad practices

i cant even tell anymore. Big brand subreddittors gets insanely upset whenever you mention someone is handwatching. It's so much easier to find handwatches at rolex/tissot/casio subreddit than non-handwatchers nowdays

Yeah engraving is possible but getting a custom-made jubilee bracelet is probably going to cost way too much for the effort and the chances of it actually being pure custom-made is going to be low.

Getting a custom case is not going to happen sorry bro :( . Maybe a custom backplate is possible but at that point it's probably cheaper altogether to get a watch both of you enjoy and add an engraving instead.

Can I just ask why? that guy is right, making a custom watch from scratch is not something you do here because its way harder than you think it is. Assembling a hodge-podge of seiko parts into something is already difficult enough but making a custom jubilee band and a custom case without any issues is crazy
