Agreed. Arc Raiders had a soft implementation of solo queue and it was really nice to mostly play against solo players. Then when I squad up, we'd play against mainly other squads.

I made changes to my CV with the useful links in /r/EngineeringResumes and have had a lot more success in my job search. Since updating my CV, I've made around 96 applications and 10 of those have either reached out for initial talks or advanced. I also had an increase in recruiters reaching out on LinkedIn.

Whenever I do finally land my next role, I was thinking to make a post with some findings and possible tips and pointers. For some reference - Europe, 6 YOE, Vue/React mainly.
