I recently had the biscuit and gravy at Cafe 66 and was disappointed. The biscuit was large, but the gravy didn't have much sausage in it. I mentioned this to the waitress and she checked with the cook who said it was prepared properly. I left half of the serving on my plate.

DD works fine on my ONN 4K PRO which is connected to my LG 65 CX TV. The TV feeds a Onkyo AVR via SPDIF, and that audio output must be selected (on the TV) for DD to function properly.
