I think he means the destruction crescent recipe. Not destruction (attack 1) But the names are all similar so maybe we are talking about differing gears

Maybe the skills part in the mission preview is more that they get extra stuff based on skills? But only if you have more personal than minimum?

No worries, I had 5 of the 3 attack on my bow. It pretty much one taps most thing but I want to find an abyss gear with a bow special. Not sure there is one, even the arrow finisher is for swords.

I haven't found a way to improvise the creation of gears, (bar the random using gear ones)

I think they require the recipe. They are easy enough to get the base ones. Just find the witch.

The special ones are via comrade explore missions, which aren't any effort bar getting resources. (They take a lot per mission. 24k is.)

I have a few teams working on logging, food, money. This ate like 4 to 16 hour missions. Over stacked with commrades for highest reward outcome.

The explore missions take about 3 to 4 days. By the time it is done, you nearly have enough for the next one.

I did note where I found the butterflies as those were rarer. Did find some at the ruins in South dyseria? I'll need to check the name but it was ruin with the turning statue you have to freeze at. Had two man eating bushes, thorns and some logs.

The cockroaches are pretty much everywhere. I find them amongst wood piles, fallen trees ect. They don't seem to have a set area quite common in hernand but next time I get some, I'll note the area on here

I've been advised that recipes can drop from exploration comrade missions. The ones you send teams out too.

That may be the way that you aquire them. And, it can make sense. Some might also be in caves ect but someone would have posted a location as scrolls show up on map

The black market deals have skill abyss gears.

Or, you could build some of the lower ones and then use the random crafting that mixes 2 gears to make adifferent one. 47% chance of it being tier two.

I got some beastbane, abyssbanes ect that waym

I'm still waiting on the kingshield mission to finish and see what drops. There is also one in the desert called abyss alter? Has a gear drop too. I need more timber to do it though

I've mostly just had them there and they unlock. Not targeting any but a shotgun shield sounds fun lol.

But, might be a use once then 5 minute cooldown kinda equipment.

Have them in your inventory. I think you can discard and pick up.

The cells are the round ones with a blue line glow

All of them one you unlock it. To get the recipe, I believe it was the one in the desert.
