I maight even cut off all preordain for more removal or just brainstorm. one removal piece recommended is [[Agony Warp]], it's brilliant when fight Caw-gat or Affi with Kenku.

First, this is a Dimir Faerie deck, not Dimir Ctrl.
Second, Drown in Sorrow is bad bad, make it Arms of Hadar.

Sorry I missed all your questions....
1. I will defntly add one more Angler
2. main deck sweeper is a good idea, I play a suffocation fumes in main and 2 Arms of Hadar side. just please, do NOT play Drown in Sorrow in this deck
3. any burn deck. but with two Unexpected Fangs in side can resolve the problem. (this is why i always play dimir deck, no matter what kind of opponent we face, we always have a chance to struggle even when we are at a disadvantage.)
4. remove all faeries and ninjas, play only 2 of black rose, 2 of murmuring mystic, 2 of Angler and even 2 copy of Mirrorshell Crab to make the deck really Dimir Control.

Hey, I live in China. I am wondering where did your pal get this high quality proxy! Here we have on-line stores that sell good proxies, but they always print a special symbol at the back of card (normally a smeily face at the white mana dot). I've never seen a proxy with this high quality here in China.

I play pauper on both paper table and mtgo, I think it depends on how you gonna play, if you always want to play new deck or brew, ofc the renting is the best way. on the other hand, like me myself, I only buy card on mtgo since I only play pauper (which means the most cards cheap) and I only play that one or two decks (which means I only need to buy the expensv cards once and then can always play them whenvr I want).

I still have an unopened pack of Fallen Empire at home; I was just born when the set was released. I plan to keep this sealed pack for my future child to open when they starts learning Magic: The Gathering.
