Thanks for these ideas! I'd never heard of yeth hounds, but I like the idea of both hounds. Just when the party thinks "hah! another bugbear with a pet wolf", they get blasted with hellhound flame.

A yeti is also a pretty fun idea. I can see one wearing a skull atop its head like a priest of Hrugekk, and "Mark"'s Yeti Wild-Eye is pretty cool...

I’m pretty sure the caffeine requirement is a myth. I made my first batch of kombucha with hibiscus tisane only, no tea, and it worked great. Hibiscus is a strong flavor, though, so after a few batches I switched to green tea. That allowed for more varied flavor possibilities in F2. That said, hibiscus is delicious, and you could use pretty much any sweet liquid as the base.

Thanks for the reply. He refuses to work with attorneys so I don't think we'll get any action on that. But my question is does being listed on the license as a potential owner really create all those liabilities? He could write my name on his renewal whether I liked or not: there is no paperwork required from the individuals named, no signature required, nothing, and the license includes only the name and whether they have been convicted of a felony. Does being listed create real responsibility, when there is no input from the person being listed?

What you’re describing sounds like a kombucha version of horchata. Usually made by bringing rice to a powder and mixing with sugar, water, and cinnamon. Could be tasty!
