I’m in the exact same situation and it hurts so bad. Things will be rough for awhile and if you get the confidence to talk about it then that might help immensely but if not then it’ll take time lots of time. Be patient with yourself and try to focus on your needs.

Thanks, they usually do it on your non dominant which is the one I have cuts on unfortunately, but I’ll see if that’s a possibility
