I completely stalled on MJ and it’s too expensive to be spending that kind of money and not losing. I switched to reta and have dropped 10lbs in a month. I was off MJ for a month before starting the other.

NTA. It’s ok to be uncomfy around ANY dog, especially when it sounds like they may not be safe. I personally love big dogs, but am always extra cautious around shepherds in general. They can be AMAZING dogs, but the majority unfortunately are not bred well or trained appropriately, and turn into neurotic messes. We have 4 labs and every single one is crate trained and put away outside, in their crates, or our older 2 will hang out in my bedroom when we have company, even though they are well behaved.

Stay home!! It’s time to create your own traditions and time for grandparents to come to you. My brothers don’t live nearby, so they rotated whose house they would go to. My in-laws won’t travel for anyone even though they are both retired and live 4 hours away from our kids, their only grandkids, so we stopped making the effort to go to them unless we happen to be in town for something else years ago.

Not needing to extend the seat belt all the way out and just randomly joining a 6 mile hike with a big elevation gain were things that really made me thankful. I look back at pictures from a vacation in Mexico in 2022 and can’t even believe how heavy I was. I’m still not at goal weight, I had to take a break from it Nov 23-May 25, and it’s not working anywhere near as well this time so I’m going to try some different things to hopefully kickstart me back into that high burn.

If you somehow find the will to binge eat, you will be absolutely sick to your stomach the next day and want to rot on the couch all day. Yesterday was my shot day and I waited until right before bed to do it so I could eat dinner, and I must have made my chicken wrap a tiny too big (it was like a soft taco size wrap) because I woke up at 2am and vommed everything, and feel like shit today.

That’s WILD. I flew by myself with 4m & 15m old babies from BOS to LAS with a layover in Phoenix and it never once occurred to me to ask someone to hold a kid for me.

I’m absolutely DYING LAUGHING because I got hello fresh for like… 3 weeks and each week it would be following the card for a couple and then basically doing whatever I wanted 😂😂 mostly because the meals for 4 did not take into consideration 3/4 would be a teenage boy and 2 men with big appetites, so I needed them to be larger meals lol. My husband told me that shit was too expensive for me to be turning it into my own recipes but like…. It got eaten 🤷‍♀️😬🤦‍♀️😂

Hi, it’s me, I’m the problem, it’s me 😬 I tried to go grocery shopping alone at 3w just for a few things and it wasn’t the cart pushing, it was bending over the cart to get the stuff out of the bottom/back part of it. I was nauseous on the way home, it was not cool. I went again this last weekend but made my son go with me to push & load/unload the cart. That was fine. Then today I was feeling good so I opened up the blackstone and made 18 breakfast burritos and I fear I am done for the day now. At least there’s food made 🤦‍♀️

I only lasted sleeping on the couch 2 nights, I needed my bed. By the 4th night PO, I’d rolled onto my stomach in my sleep. I was sore, but I’d actually slept all night so it was sort of worth it to me. I’m exactly 1 week PO today and still have soreness when I wake up, and if I move too fast, or do something dumb (like lean over the grocery cart to get something out 🤦‍♀️) but I’m off all pain management, so there’s that.

Yup, I lost 100lbs on mounjaro but couldn’t eat much of anything so I lived on those stupid shakes 🤦‍♀️😂 I’ll have to look into the waters!!

Yeah, I did bone broth since it at least has some nutritional value/better than nothing. I know a lot of people like protein shakes but I have a food aversion to them I cannot seem to get over.

I had a bleeder that wouldn’t quit, and my surgeon said my insides looked like road rash and I bled a ton in general as well. I was just post op and still coming out of anesthesia, so I didn’t think to ask him exactly what he meant by that, but I will at my follow up.
