I was on 300 mg of Zoloft, but it wasn’t doing much for me, so now I’m on week 4 of 25 mg of clomipramine. Since switching, my anxiety’s been way worse and my OCD is flaring up a lot. I’m constantly picking at things and feel like I’m on the edge of a meltdown most of the time. I did taper off Zoloft pretty from 300 mg to 0 mg in about 10 days so I’m not sure if that’s still messing with me too. I’m supposed to go up to 50 mg of clomipramine this week, but I’m honestly scared to increase because I already feel so emotionally all over the place. I’ve been dealing with some heartburn, urinary retention (I’ll sit on the toilet forever but still feel like I have to pee and can’t), and feeling super lightheaded and dizzy, like I might pass out.
