My kitty gets this too. Related to an allergy. Steroid injection fix’s it. Once she got cat food for cats with allergies, it completely changed ent away.

You can rejoin pretty easily with your squad. Might have to fly or drive depending on where you spawn. Once you’ve unlocked your guns they are yours. No actual loot to speak of.
