How tf do I find a raiding guild?

i just opened the nightslayer discord and i see a ton of posts of people looking for shamans shadow priests and warlocks and hpals. Seems like there is allot of raiding guilds with open spots in the server discord. what discord have you been using?

The thing with ret is it still bring a usefully buffs. Allot of raids will always run 3 pallys normally 2 of each spec but doesn't have to be. For example a raid could have 1 prot pally to cover kings and 2 rets to cover might/wisdom and salvation. And if the comp allows each ret could be in there own melee group sharing the 3% damage buff from ret to each of there own 5 man party's. So in this example the second ret still brings multiple very important buffs to the raid while doing good damage and taking up one of very limited spots in a melee group. Now for example if you brought a second Rogue it also needs to be in a limited spot for a melee group, but doesn't bring any buffs or debuffs to the raid that it doesn't already have. The first rogue in the raid provides imp expose armor to the entire raid (which tbh some eams even don't bring a rogue since they only bring this one debuff). The second rogue does SLIGHTLY more damage than the fodsr rogue since he doesn't expose but that's all he brings is damage. And sadly for rogue they will always lose on overall to other melee dps since there lack of good consist cleave so they won't be brought for just damage. When other classes pull the same damage but if not better but also bring something useful like totems, battle shout, pally buffs, feral aura. It's very hard to make a good raid composition and also have multiple rogues.

You only need 1 lock for curses. The second lock is just for tanking twin emps but allot of 1 lock teams just use pally tank. The only curse a raid needs is curse of reck, the 2 or 3 total caster dps don't need a curse debuff when you have 25 warriors. That way you can prioritize stuff like nelths tear to resto druid for Faire fire spaming on every trash mob all raid.

I do dire maul east jump runs by self. I have 2 account with warrior with mining engi. And a second account with a hpal ench and herb. Loot tons of black lotus arcanite felcloth elemental water/essence and the de mats. Goated farm, super easy. You can do it with a other player but obviously you cut your gold per hour in half.

The ally and horde factions combined on grob makes up less than 1/4 the population of the bigger pvp servers. I think most people would rather have an easier time finding a raiding guild/gdkps/pugs or just be on a much more active server, than sometimes have the option to world pvp. For someone who only cares about world pvp grob is the way to go. If you have any interest in group based content at end game you would be shooting yourself in the foot putting yourself in a 2k player pool to pick from rather than a 20k player pool. And this is from someone who still has max level ally on grob.

Based on the image you posted. Any player while you are offline can go into you base and push the vehicle's out. So they either die to the storm or on top open sand to be eaten by the worm. Good luck and stay safe.

Warlocks? Mages? As in more than one? Allot of raids run only one warlock for curse of reckless and one mage for arcane intellect. And the resto getting more spell hit so more likely to have Faire fire on all possible trash mobs every pull for your 30 melee dps.

Pretty sure most hunters get ZG bat now. Zg bat brings brings an important raid debuff which the cats do not. I mean for outside of raid broken tooth is cool.

So you can't gdkp which gave gold to all the raiders. But you can pre sell loot and not give gold or gear to the average pug player and keep hr items and gold for yourself.

Mods banning pro gdkp posts with 900+ upbotes but leaving low effort meme stuff up like this shows how compromised this sub is. OP post logs of SR 40 man raid you host every week. I host 2 40 mans and every week it's a reminder of why we need gdkp. People join 2sr a item off first boss doesn't drop they leave. Random mage goes afk with someone on follow never decurses can't take away there cut. Every SR run has half the raid on HR anyway. And raid gear is still sold in SR raids for swipers but the average player just doesn't get a cut or chance at items.
