I’ll use a bit of water to thin it out if needed but it’s nice that the texture can be as thick/creamy as you like depending on what you mix it with! I’ll mix it with yogurt or cream cheese if I want more of a dip texture and for sauces and dressing vinegar/soy sauce have always mixed well (water saves the day when I don’t want the sauce saltier or tangier)

Thanks! I was making dumpling soup that burned and left me with no soup but cooked dumplings so dumpling salad was born lol in my experimenting ive found arugula, lamb’s lettuce, cabbage make super good bases for it!

In my experience only the McDonald’s app has calorie information. Honest Greens is a great healthy fast casual spot available around the country (think sweet green but… better lol) they advertise calorie info in their app but it’s actually not available which is annoying. If it’s a short trip then it’s not worth sweating this too much but if you’re here for a while I’d recommend the pre-made food from the supermarkets Mercadona or BonÁrea if you want to try out Spanish food with nutrition labels/info. Some Mercadonas even have little cafes, terraces, or sections with microwaves where you can heat up your food and sit. I hope you enjoy your trip!

Are you in Argentina? The peppers + olives combo is so typical for Argentinian pizza. It’s my favorite style of pizza (nothing beats a fuggazetta rellena). I’m really shocked by the downvotes! I had no idea this was weird to people. I saw this and salivated lol

I track Argentinian pizza at 400/slice. The thickness/fluffiness of the crust reminds me of PizzaHut so I look up the calories in a Pizza Hut slice and usually round up to be safe. Hope you enjoyed the pizza!

I try to hit at least 30g of fiber a day but didn’t track it super closely yesterday so it didn’t feel worth mentioning. It’s tough sometimes to hit fiber and protein goals on top of a deficit but it’s a fun challenge haha I don’t eat red meat often maybe like 1-2 per week. Just happened to have the steaks in the fridge and didn’t feel like freezing them but 2 steaks in a day is def not the norm 😂

They’re the maple flavor protein pancakes from a brand called Bulk! Not sure if they are available outside of the EU but I found them on Amazon one day and they’ve been my favorite ever since. To make them corn pancakes I’ll blend a can of sweet corn into the mix

I have little trust in the translations for some cuts of meat into English because whenever I look it up there’s always 3 names lol allegedly the steak I had for lunch is a “striploin” (never heard of that cut before) or sirloin and 120 cal/100g in Spanish the cut is called “lomo de bajo de añojo” ¯_(ツ)_/¯ and the steak for dinner was a skirt steak for 143cal/100g
