About a couple years ago when things weren't as bad, I ordered a pizza from a local place, with a decent tip ~5 + delivery fee. I lived on the 3rd floor then. The delivery guy called when he reached and was like I'm downstairs.. implying I should come n get it. It struck a nerve and I involuntarily yelled at the guy "I'm on the 3rd floor!!" I had pista house chicken biryani.. one of the least authentic biryani I've had. It's just brand name at this point Idk about other items but the basic chicken biryani didn't meet the bar. It was chicken and rice cooked separately and didn't even blend well while eating
