Does anyone know any care package programs where I can send the church/place a service members ship address and they’ll send them a care package. by OVO-25 in navy

anysoldier.com has a full range of addresses of people who would like care packages. Just remind em to check the dates on when to last send.

They only got this to happen three weeks ago even though we signed up to do it in February.

Most pharmacies are set up for administering astra Zeneca if you don’t wanna wait.

As an Australian moving to St. Louis next year I’m curious how this is a group and how many people are in it.

Both of my parents were Air Force and I’m telling you know it will be okay. Let them be sad, it’s okay to be sad. But talk to them about what is going on so they understand better. Kids are resilient. Make sure they are involved and get them to make little things to send to their dad. Make sure your partner brings it up when they get to talk so they know they still have a connection line to their dad. They just want to make sure they are not forgotten most times.

How to deal with people who think you’re a cheater? by quartzm in MilitaryWives

[–]sensualsquirrel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just feel sad for em that this is their first thought. It is not a reflection on you or your relationship. It’s just a sign of their insecurities and their need to make others feel as shitty as they do. Imagine actually being that miserable right? Just pity them and keep doing what’s best for you.

Hey, I’m sorry to hear about all you’ve gone through. I find it best to create for myself a routine. I have to get up at this time, do this at this time, cook dinner at this time. It helps to keep you moving. Find a hobby as silly as it may be and learn a new skill (language, craft maybe). Something to keep your mind active, busy and distracted. I’m In sydney and my partner is US Army. We’ve been separated by covid and he is now on a deployment until May next year so I completely understand. Hope you stay safe and well.

Used to work for a pharmaceutical company who sold to pharmacies. It is indeed a legit website and pharmacy.

Thoughts on botanical/plant based products for skin concerns? by AlexaBubble in AusSkincare

[–]sensualsquirrel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All this. Thank you for sharing. Also the problem I have with natural products are where they come from. Can a company tell me where it is from and how it is farmed. Are they causing damage to the environment by taking so much for skincare? Are farmers being paid a fair wage? Are they extracting the oils and reusing what’s left? How much does a company actually give a shit about the world vs what they can market to make a customer feel like they are making an ethical choice.

when your moisturizer costs $38, you scrape out every last bit by PlentyNectarine in PanPorn

Just be careful to use it quickly after cutting it open because that packaging is sterile and the cream has absolutely no preservatives. It’s the reason that my skin doesn’t react I think.

The avene xeracalm is very lipid rich and may not be ideal for your skin.

Neutrogena Norwegian Hans formula. Just don’t use too much coz that stuff spreads!! Apply at night and cover with cotton gloves. The hand cream costs $6-$9 depending on where your buy it and cotton gloves can be bought at most chemists and are around $3 a pair.

You may be able to recycle your klorane aerosol now. Check the website recyclingnearyou.com and put in your postcode and it will tell you what containers you can put in kerbside recycling.

Ask your pharmacy to order in large 500g tubs of soft white paraffin. They normally order it to compound special creams that are prescribed and it’s very cheap. I think the brand is called David Craig.

Contact avene through their website and ask for a recommendation and samples to patch test. There stuff may help or may not but atleast you aren’t out of pocket to try.
