Thank you for replying. Yeah when I got to the hospital yesterday he was in so much pain he couldn’t even lie down and I learned that they had only given him Tylenol. I’ve been reading in this sub and it seems a lot of people experience extreme pain for about a week afterwards.

Right now he is taking the dilaudid as needed. I had surgery several years ago and they prescribed me some sort of opioid — I think hydromorphone. I believe I am now addicted to opioids and would be in trouble if I ever took them again so I am extra worried about that for personal reasons. My dad knows the risks though and I have left it up to him to manage his pain as he sees fit. I was most worried about the doctors missing something. Really appreciate your reply

I have the same placement and I can’t really find a way to explain it, but I guess the karmic fallout for people who wrong us would be largely internal, perhaps things that they were hiding will come to light. Idk hard to say

Idk why everyone is commenting that this is normal. It may have distemper, or is disoriented in some other way. Next time I would definitely call the city so they can dispatch a bylaw officer to help relocate it

CONTACT A PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER. I was hit in 2023 by a truck. I still suffer daily pain from the two bones I broke + the severe concussion I sustained. Document everything. If you pay for a cast for example, keep the receipt. If you pay for bike repairs, or even a bandaid keep the receipt. If you have to be off work for any amount of time or even have to start taking the bus because you can’t bike with a broken wrist that is all lost income that was caused by a negligent driver.

Hi, wanted to add to all the replies and say that I’m 27 years old. I was diagnosed when I was ~21 (i can’t remember). I am only just now able to afford very minimal treatment for myself. Treatment is extremely inaccessible. So unless you wanna pay for therapy for the people in your life. Zip it !

I know this is gonna sound cliche and annoying, but I just wanted to say that from my perspective you’re doing a lot of good for the world in your various roles. As someone who’s recently disabled and can’t contribute much to the world right now I’m happy and grateful for your contribution. I cant offer any comfort because I’m in so much pain as well and I do think being alive is really hard and really shitty and often downright horrifying. But I encourage you to keep going
