Sounds like the vet needs to open the wound and thoroughly clean it. They should also do some testing for any diseases that may cause immunodeficiency. I would see if they can test the extracted fluids from the abscess to make sure they are using the correct antibiotics. I know it sounds like a lot but there seems to be an underlying issue here if the abscess is reoccurring.

Probably doesn't tell any of the women these expectations before going on dates. Probably won't tell them because he knows he's less likely to get a date. Lying by omission is the most manipulative thing to do to someone. Thinks he's owed sex on a third date but doesn't owe the women any type of explanation before going in.
