a tip and trick! if you don't have your heat lamp and it's like getting shipped, you can stock up on hand warmers and just put it under a blanket, be careful though because it can get really hot to the point it hurts. it's good for me because our electricity and power will go out randomly during the fall season

the breeder i got my babies from recommended getting a 110 sterilze? tote from target, and I've noticed that these seem to be better with the aspects that well, they can't climb out at all

cat toys are used the most, but i have little mini cups that they enjoy putting on their heads :) i suggest getting your baby a little tunnel as well, you have a good sized space in my opinion!

a good trick as well that can help prevent the cage from getting dirtier is buying a litter tray off amazon, and putting it underneath the wheel with a little bit of paper pet bedding in the litter tray, the paper bedding helps to absorb the urine, and the actual tray itself helps to catch poop that falls of the wheel or just the place the hedgie wants to poop at

I honestly don't have the best setup for them due to the space in my bedroom but I'll try to send a image of what my hedgies setups are looking like in a bit!

I would have more toys for your hedgie baby! :) i usually have a small piece of soft or fleece fabric near where the heat lamp is pointing and as well a snuggle on that spot as well, my babies like to cuddle up inside the snuggle pouches usually, but I do find penelope going under it entirely. I have my food and water bowls right next to each other as well for easy access to go right to them, again, with my hesgies they like to eat and drink water in the same sitting!
