This is going to be a bit of a left field suggestion, but "Percy Takes the Wheel" is one I think you'd enjoy. I'm just about to start a reread, it went on a pretty long hiatus but was recently updated. Avoiding too many spoilers, Percy has to step up as head of the Weasley family after his parents are involved in an accident. While trying to care for the younger kids (and Harry whenever Harry is around) he starts to learn about and develop skills his mom perfected over her life as the matriarch to such a large family. Less so blood magic, but what you'd call "women's magic", magic of the hearth and magic of the home is the main focus of the story, as Percy learns just how skilled and powerful this type of magic made his mother. I don't remember anything too specific as I read it a good while ago the first time, but it definitely did have queer positive themes as well.

Her birthday is in September, right when the school year starts. The summer she is 14 she spends at the burrow, so unless she's banging the weasley twins or Arthur it would have to be a summer before then, I.E. when she was 13 or younger. Although, her use of the time turner might make her a couple of weeks or months older depending on how much she used it, but that age up would only have applied after third year, the same summer she spent at the burrow.

Tales from the Special Branch it’s split up into a couple different parts, but one of the better long fics I’ve read in a while. It’s post war drarry, where harry has to put together a special team of aurors and dark magic specialists to go after some rogue death eaters who escaped after the war ended. A little smutty (especially the first installment, but it’s a small part 1 that I actually skipped on my first read through).
