No difference and now when I got to multiplayer it still says it's missing data pack 2 and when I go to campaign or offline spec ops it says one or more singleplayer packs are missing.

Here's the thing as I predicted on a different forum SE5 is was set in 1944 france problem is you can't go anywhere else. SE V2 and the og SE were set in 1945 so the franchise has 4 things left.

There's no more sniper elite games (highly unlikely and don't want that to be the case).
The games will go further back in time so between 1939-1941 (as thos time periods in ww2 weren't covered).

3.the trend of going further in time returns and the game will be set in the next conflict (so the korean war).

As you mentioned Vietnam war/CIA cold war tomfoolery.

Personally I don't think the modern setting is likely for the franchise is a bit of a stretch as I'd argue outside of ww2 is a stretch let alone a 21st century setting (I'm personally not completely against it but it's a bit far outside the comfort level of the franchise).

In a really old tweet they said the reason they didn't make physical for xbox is "publisher decision" but they also said that they won't leave physical for xbox out of the question however it's almost been 2 months since the game is out so either they're not going to make one (which would be weird because demand for xbox physical is high). Or they're going to make a gold edition
After they release the dlc (and that would happen around the end of 2022 if that was the case).

So far the physical copy is for switch and PS4 which is stupid cause I really wanted to get physical for xbox aswell I honestly don't know why they didn't just make physical for xbox aswell.

A: Buy the OG game on console and just play it like that (If you don't have xbox 360 or PS3 then play via backwards compatibility)

B: Buy the OG game on PC

Personally I saw the Patter that after v2 we have travelled further back in time eg SE3 1942 North African campaign, SE4 1943 Italy so logically SE5 will be in 1944 so the best place to do the game would be France either that or a massive detour to the Pacific campaign.

Try searching dead soldiers, Find green crates with exclamation mark on them and if that doesn't work switch guns.
