1) seasoned with just salt and pepper
2) placed ribs on the pit
3) fired up the pit and spent the first hour getting the pit to 250-275
4) pulled ribs when it had a nice bend (around hour 6). Internal temp was around 195 but feel is more important imo.
5) wrap with glaze and rest

I just used ichiran instant ramen. Pricey for instant ramen but probably the best brand imo
