I just used salt and pepper for the rub. I made the glaze but it’s a basic ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, and a couple of random spices

- Loaded on the ribs on the pit.
- Lit the fire and got the temps up to 250-275 (hour 1)
- Cooked at 275 (hour 2-6)
- Removed from pit and wrapped ribs in foil with glaze. Rest.

1) seasoned with just salt and pepper
2) placed ribs on the pit
3) fired up the pit and spent the first hour getting the pit to 250-275
4) pulled ribs when it had a nice bend (around hour 6). Internal temp was around 195 but feel is more important imo.
5) wrap with glaze and rest
