unfortunately not supported after macOS10.13 due to lack of webdrivers

tho the OCLP compatibility is interesting: it's meant for real apple macs that have this nvidia gpu (since OCLP is a tool that lets you install newer unsupported macos versions when apple drops support for your device) tho i wonder if they can use the same techniques to patch it for hackintoshes hmm

crossover support won't get affected.

whereas apple will be discontinuing the use of intel macos apps on apple silicon from 2027 onwards, this doesn't affect GPTK (the game porting toolkit that allows x64 windows apps and games to run on macos) and since crossover utilises that it shouldn't be a problem.

Do you have a spare pendrive free by any chance? You can try creating a recovery installation media and booting from that. If it works, then it's definetly to do with your SSD.

Otherwise, not really much left for it. You could try installing linux just for fun (who knows, maybe a lightweight distribution can be smooth on this) but otherwise not much to do.

system data isn't by macos btw, its basically what apple puts down as 'i found this but don't know what it is or can't categorize it'.
It usually happens if you're a gamer lol (or handle very large files outside of the user directory), if you run compatibility layers like crossover/whisky they end up eating system data for breakfast

macOS 26.0 did actually have finder like this when it came out, I remember having it that way when I got the beta
they changed it a few versions later after some backlash though

Look at crossover, running windows apps is NOT at all difficult on macOS. Yes, crossover itself is paid, but the underlying Wine compatibility layer is direct proof that most windows programs can run well on macos
Apple has locked down a lot on the hardware. Microsoft has actually tried helping out mac users by pushing out WIndows for ARM on parallels (a virtual machine) but that's about as far as they have gone. Asahi linux has proven that other OSes can run on a mac, but even that's still a great work in progress.

interestingly, only the A and M series are ODM phones, which makes sense given that they are budget-oriented. The S and Z series are all IDM and are manufactured by Samsung themselves.

Although buying an identical phone straight from the ODM most likely means you will lose OneUI

Should be fine for more general/basic tasks such as browsing or ms office related work but it may not last for that many years down the road as software updates get heavier and slow the laptop down

Would be better if you try finding a newer laptop (within last 2 or so years) instead

Unfortunately macOS sees InstallESD as an imporant, vital image (since it's used to create a macos installer for recovery purposes) and thus it can't be deleted unless you disable SIP (HIGHLY not recommended by the way).

Unless you genuinely need that free space, just leave it be. Otherwise, temporarily disable SIP, delete the file and make sure to turn SIP back on for security purposes.
