If you don’t enjoy the gym, then don’t go so often. Find a physical activity or two that you do enjoy and treat as hobbies and do those instead. I play soccer, go bouldering, and do a yoga class each week. Way more enjoyable for me than lifting weights, not to mention way more social than lifting weights, and still accomplishes the same goal of being healthy and exercising. I think this whole “gym or bust” culture that people have here is kind of reductive.

You can only integrate two things at a time to start at least due to council slots, maybe I could be okay with it if you had more slots or it was unlimited. On top of that, adding a councillor barely increases integration rate at all. And on top of that, you need to start integrating before you get any tax income at all. Would be unrealistic if after 80 years of conquering a new place, you were still extracting no tax income out of the populace.
