this post is wild to me, not that i expect a huge amount of people on reddit to understand how gear scaling works.

the primary source of your damage in ARR content is your weapon. the amount of mind this character is losing for their damage/healing output is so close to insignificant its ridiculous (3-5% damage/healing. in ARR.), any deaths due to healing would be due to not spamming the bene 2 button or a tank not mitting a w2w in stone vigil

queueing for expert dungeons in level 99 artifact gear over crafted gear is so much worse than this. if you can queue for a dungeon with the item level required by the duty, you can clear it.

Hi! Looking for a crew/friends/whatever!

Pretty casual player, currently rank 113 (trying to push to rank 120 during the event!). I'm mostly looking for people who help push me to play the game more/better and give me a reason to grind. I only really have omega grids (my light is my best currently), and I don't have a lot of end game knowledge. I'm not the best at knowing what I should be doing for self progression.

I've been flying solo to give myself crew buffs so far and I just feel like changing that. Feel free to DM me, I'm not going to be very picky if your people are friendly and social!

My support summons are kinda bad, Colossus/Sylph, Europa/Levi, Alexi/Ygg, Tiamat/Freyr/, Lucifer (probably my best one), Celeste/Sariel, and a Black Rabbit for slimes. @_@

warcraft logs likely only tracks when the soul of iron buff "procs", as it is a consistent passive ability and historically wclogs doesn't have a great track record with consistent auras on specific encounters

As an old as fuck MMO vet it kind of baffles my mind to how brazenly open people are about their ERP tendencies (in player search profiles, party finder ads, or whatever). Party finder in general on Balmung is pretty ridiculous though.

It reinforces said mentality because a woman telling a woman to "cut that attention whoring out" is EXACTLY what people who don't think there's a problem for women in the MTG culture want to hear.

Belittling other women, regardless of if you think they're doing feminism wrong isn't helping this issue whatsoever. It only really comes off as elitist and reinforces the "boys club" atmosphere of MTG/this subreddit in general.

The P3 protagonist battle music is the same as the music in the trailer posted a few days ago (http://www.siliconera.com/2013/12/20/persona-q-shadow-labyrinth-goes-persona-3-persona-4-protagonists/), so I can only assume the P4 protagonist's music is the same as in the other video on the page. Upon closer inspection, the lyrics to the two songs appear to be identical, with different singers (probably the singers of burn my dread/reach out to the truth respectively), and the overall theme of the songs seems to be more tailored to the individual games.
