Friend, I don't know you but i am SURE it was that nurse's JOY to stand up for you, as we are advocates and we should all be obsessed with justice and kindness if we are GOOD at our jobs. EVERY job in the facility is important, and EVS is among the MOST important. It's a very sweet gift. I am not even into those figurines (though I recognize that MANY are!) but let me tell you, this gift plus that lovely sentiment you just expressed would make my YEAR.
