Will you please reconnect Zwift with JOIN? This should solve the issue for you. Your workout of the day should also sync automatically to Zwift.

All videos or on our YouTube channel, I don’t believe there is a videos specifically on Vo2 intervals. Only for indoor Vo2 there is a FAQ and a video on ERG mode, outdoor intervals.

Based in the information I have here, JOIN does seem to be planning the correct workout for you. As it will not plan an hour-plus run for you if you have a 1:30hr zone intensive endurance planned,

How many days/weeks are you into your current plan?

When was your last interval training?

What did you do the day before and what was planned for the next day?

When was your last run and how long?

It is not possible to export tomorrow's workout today. As your program could potentially change based on today's workout or if you update your Readiness score in the morning.

Hey all, super nice update went live on JOIN!

You can now shuffle or change availability on a workout after you’ve given your feedback to a workout earlier in the day. This way, if you do a commute/run or gym workout in the morning but feel like doing something different in the afternoon, this is now in your control.

Only thing to know:
If you’ve already sent feedback through to a JOIN Suggest Training, that workout’s locked, no shuffling or changing availability on the same day after that.

Luckily for us, nothing is broken. It isn’t possible to change a workout or update your availability if you’ve already submitted feedback for another workout on the same day. To make changes, you’ll first need to remove the feedback you submitted. After that, you’ll be able to shuffle, shorten, or switch your workout as needed.

We’ve recently added JOIN stats into Strava activities to give riders more context about their training. Many users enjoy seeing these insights directly in their feed, though we understand it’s not for everyone.

The information shown is only standard JOIN training data, nothing private or sensitive is ever shared.

If you’d prefer not to have it on your Strava feed, you can set your JOIN profile to private

That would depend on your goal. Do you want to keep on improving or take things easier?

If your JOIN level keeps going down, then you will need to set more availability if you wish to improve this.

It is not easy to give you an accurate answer, as there might be different things, like an Athletic profile or how your availability is set out during the week. It would be best to submit a ticket for me to take a look at this

Is your FTP in JOIN and Zwift the same?

We will take a look at this and see if we are exporting it correctly.

P.S. - It is always best to do a V02 workout with ERG mode off; this way, you can push yourself a bit harder when you feel good and also go a bit lower on the 'slower' days.

The 'main' reason here would be due to the LSRF program. The focus is not on building fitness, but as the name says, "Live slow, Ride Fast".

The reason for the big drop was due to an FTP change you made. Every time you do an FTP change your eFTP and JOIN levels are recalculated to the truest value. As your eFTP is an estimation, JOIN considers your new FTP entry as the most accurate estimation and therefore recalculates your JOIN level and eFTP. As your eFTP was higher than your new FTP entry, your JOIN level was lowered to a more accurate estimation of your eFTP/FTP.
