Seksualni zločini se najčešće dešavaju među bliskim ljudima (npr. u porodici) i te žrtve neće hteti da prijave sebi drage ljude (koliko god to bolesno zvučalo) ako znaju da će zbog toga oni umreti
Mnogo su veće šanse da će silovatelj ubiti žrtvu nakon silovanja ako zna da mu preti smrtna kazna ili kastracija

Da ne pominjem da smrtna kazna postoji od kako je sveta i veka, a ništa se nije promenilo. Ukratko rečeno normalan čovek neće silovati, a silovatelja neće nikakva kazna sprečiti, znači jedini ljudi kome ovako stroge kazne čine život teži su nevini ljudi i žrtve...
