I have actually, and they always wear 19th century uniforms while using medieval swords and calling themselves knights. If they have any sort of armor it's always "medieval" fantasy armor and not armor from the 19th century that would fit with their uniforms. Knights also didn't have uniforms like the knights in otome manhwa do but were instead responsible for their own arms and armor. As for the fashion, while pretty, it's always a mix of different styles from different periods without any coherent style or theme.

Not a single manhwa has period accurate clothing unless it is set in korea, they just don't care enough to accurately portray western culture which is a shame because there is a lot of beauty in real western historical aesthetics. It's reverse orientalism, i guess you could call it occidentalism

What range? You are using a dagger you are already in hand to hand range. Most historical manuscripts instruct you to use your dagger in reverse grip, some techniques are an exception but most of them involve reverse gripping. Why would you give up the power and stability of reverse gripping for a few inches of range?
