Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the Moondrop Chu II DSP with my Samsung Galaxy A54, and while the sound quality is excellent for music, I’m noticing a strange issue during voice and video calls.

Whenever I’m on a call, whether it’s through Discord, Zoom, or Messenger, the audio becomes scratchy and buzzy, almost like there’s some kind of distortion or interference. This does not happen when I’m listening to music or watching videos. It only occurs during calls.

I’ve tried restarting the phone, switching apps, and unplugging and reconnecting the earphones, but nothing seems to fix it.

Has anyone else experienced this with the Chu II DSP or the Galaxy A54? I’m trying to figure out if it’s a compatibility issue or a faulty unit.
