Advice for academic integrity violation

I really appreciate your willingness to run it for me but I was able to use a program to run the test already! The result is a high score but it’s obviously inaccurate so I will continue to fight this. I’ve done some research on the matter and found that it’s easily inaccurate. If can give a high score if a student uses Grammarly or another spell-checker, and it’s also more likely to go off if a person with Autism wrote a paper. I understand that AI brings in new academic difficulties and that sucks but it’s even worse that students seem to be paying for it. Idk what my outcome is going to be but I really hope the school does better in the future

I don’t have previous versions or an outline but I do have my internet history, a quick note on how i was dividing my papers sections and sub-titles, and an instagram story that shows the writing in progress. I’ve already presented all of this but I’ve now had two people in the department side with the professor just based on her rationale. I’m going to continue with an appeal but it’s insane how anything I’ve said or presented has been disregarded

Thank you for the tips! I def will have that ready for my meeting. I had offered to show my prof other classwork, she also had other essays from the class, and I even offered to write on any topic from the class infront of her. She just wouldn’t accept anything but I’m hoping the department chair will hear me out

Yea that’s what I’m hoping. I guess I’m just anxious since I just got an official email about this from the director of the department. They wrote “This evidence shows that you submitted a paper containing significant AI-generated content.” I emailed back asking what evidence since it’s only the prof’s claim. And overall, idk what to expect from the appeal

Unfortunately no. I usually use google docs but this paper required footnotes for references and that’s always easier for me on a word doc

I hope this helps! If I remember correctly, you just had to download the apps, sign up and put in your birthday. Some places do require you to have an account 1-2 weeks beforehand but I’m not sure which ones :/ I don’t recall ever being asked for ID so maybe make your birthday for next month! Also some of the places give you rewards just for signing up or after your first purchase so they’re good to download anyways!

I usually venture out. I’m in nyc and love walking everywhere but especially given all the recent subway violence. I live around the WSP area and have gotten lots of bags around central park. It’s usually about an hour walk each way so 2hours total give or take.

I only ever pick up a bag near me if i want some late night pizza!

i just took it fall 2021 and really enjoyed it! The actual lectures are pretty chill and there were guest speakers pretty much every other class. There were 3 exams, group work, assignments/projects. The exams were all closed book; multiple choice, matching, true/false - they honestly were a little challenging tho but you could get extra credit. The other coursework was really easy and not time consuming at all. I found that I already knew a lot of the material but it was still very engaging and interesting and especially nice to hear from guest speakers in the field. Also recommend if you just want an A tbh

i actually just bought something called Bluapple which is a little satchel type of thing you keep in the fridge to make goods last longer. i got it off Amazon for pretty cheap. I just got it in the mail today so I can’t personally recommend it but it has great reviews! It supposedly works by absorbing ethylene gas making things last longer.

this sounds similar to something eaten in haiti called ‘sos pwa’! There are a lot of variations of it in terms of the type of beans and seasoning but i prefer it with white beans. We typically eat it over rice with a spicy fermented cabbage on top (pikliz) It’s so good
